Watt Brief (wattbrief.com) is operated by Record of Sale, LLC. It is a weekday email of public-record data-center deltas.

We collect: the email you submit, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, checkout metadata (plan, timestamps), and session cookies needed to stay signed in.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

When email sending is live, issues and transactional mail (sign-in, receipts, cancellations) go to the address you gave.

The brief itself quotes public records. Your email and billing identity are not published.

We do not sell personal information.

We use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly aggregate pageviews. It does not set cookies for tracking by default, and visitor IPs are anonymized per GoatCounter’s privacy model.

We keep account records for the life of the subscription plus a reasonable period for billing, tax, and dispute records, then delete or de-identify on request where we are not required to retain them.

To access, correct, or delete your account data, email hello@wattbrief.com or cancel in Account (Stripe customer portal).
