Watt Brief

Terms of use

Watt Brief is operated by Record of Sale, LLC (recordofsale.com). It is a paid weekday email of public-record data-center deltas (interconnection queues, permits, PUC dockets, 8-Ks, job-post clusters, and similar). It is not legal, investment, or engineering advice, and it is not a comps or MW database.

Free: Friday headlines and a metered archive, as described on /pricing.

Paid Individual and Professional plans bill through Stripe at the prices on /pricing. Founding Individual is time-boxed.

You must provide a working email. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period unless a refund applies (see /refund).

Do not scrape, resell, or republish paid issue rows as a competing product.

Public-record sources can be late, incomplete, or wrong; we skip empty mornings rather than pad the issue.

Limitation: to the extent allowed by law, Watt Brief is provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Governing law: United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These terms apply to wattbrief.com as operated by Record of Sale, LLC.
